This fast-growing brewery on the edge of Philadelphia was ready to expand their operations and create a new home for continued success. After selecting an existing industrial building and taking over two floors of the structure, the program was to integrate brewing and dining. The new pub includes a three-barrel, seven fermenter brewing system, two full bars, and seating for 200 guests. The two-story space was connected by removing a large portion of the first-floor ceiling to open up and connect the dining areas. Custom details are used to visually connect the two-tiered space, complementing the original industrial character.
