An investment capital firm, located along the mainline of Philadelphia, took over an existing building to create an inspiring headquarters and workplace, suitable to attract top recruits and clients. The site was reconfigured to optimize access, lighting, and signage, while the main focus of the project was the third floor, becoming the new home for the company. The concept was to wrap the service core in white oak, creating passages through to the workspaces in various colors, materials, and lighting effects. Custom cabinetry, desks, cubicles, and conference tables were all designed and fabricated by Moto.
